My commitment is simple: no hidden fees and perfect budget control, guaranteed.
Ad-hoc
£35/per hour
- A flexible billing option for ad-hoc tasks. You only pay for the time I work.
- Use my services as and when with no long-term commitment.
- Perfect for getting to know, like and trust me with your valuable business.
- Minimum of 3 hour per month.
- One hour paid up front, the rest at the end of the month.
Retainer Options
Retainer packages provide a set number of hours per month to help manage your budget.
All retainer packages guarantee my time over the month with a faster turnaround of work.
Hours cannot be carried over to the following month.
All hours are pre-paid at the start of work to guarantee your dedicated time.
Basic Start Package
£175/per month
- 5 hours per month.
Steady Support Package
£350/per month
- 10 hours per month.
Ultimate Relief Package
£700/per month
- 20 hours per month.
Support Packages
Email & Diary Management Package
£750/per month
- Includes initial inbox detox, if required.
- Check your emails twice a day (Mon-Fri).
- Set up and organise emails into folders.
- Flag urgent emails for attention.
- Delete unwanted emails and unsubscribe from junk mail.
- Respond to emails as per agreed.
- Monitoring diary and scheduling meetings, calls and appointments.
Bookkeeping Package
£125/per month
- Based on 50 transactions per month.
- Monthly reconciliation (matching invoices, receipts and payments to bank transactions).
- Raising invoices and distributing regularly.
- Monitoring outstanding accounts and chasing overdue payments.
- Managing and maintaining log of expenses.
- This is a bookkeeping service and does not include end of year accounts or tax submission, which would require a qualified accountant.
- Set up fees may apply depending on any initial backlog and data collection.
- If the transaction volume regularly exceeds 50, additional time will be billed at the ad-hoc hourly rate.
